Auberix designs, builds, and operates custom software for growing businesses — AI automations, ready-to-run product foundations, and full applications. Six of our products are running in production today, with four more moving through the same build pipeline; open the demos and evaluate the work itself.

Whether you need a workflow automated, a product built, or aging software replaced — the deliverable is always the same: running software.
Pre-built, production-deployed application bases — scheduling, billing, inventory, compliance — adapted to your business in weeks, not quarters. You start from working software, not a blank repo.
AI-assisted dispatch, intelligent triage, document scanning, reorder prediction — automation embedded inside the workflows your team already runs, with humans kept in the loop where it matters.
Full builds from spec to deploy: modern web applications that replace spreadsheets, paper processes, and legacy vertical software your industry has outgrown.
Most agency risk comes from misaligned incentives: billable hours reward slowness, and vendor lock-in rewards complexity. We structured Auberix to remove both.
Code in your GitHub, infrastructure in your cloud accounts, data in your database. If we disappeared tomorrow, nothing you paid for stops working.
You see a working prototype in the first week and give feedback on real screens. No 40-page discovery documents that nobody reads.
You talk to the people writing the code — no account-manager telephone game. Small team by design; that's why we ship in days.
Ranking engines, triage, prediction, scanning — automation embedded in real workflows, with humans in the loop where judgment matters. No AI theater.
Every build starts from a one-page spec that defines the problem, the features, and what "done" means — agreed before a line of code.
For US clients, contracts, payments, and same-timezone communication run through our US-based partnership. Clients elsewhere work with us directly — the build team is global by design.
Six production applications across six industries. Each one is deployed and running right now — open the live demo and click around.
AI-assisted dispatch and scheduling for trades businesses. Ranks the right technician for every job by skill, availability, and conflict detection — replacing whiteboards and legacy dispatch software.
Client, project, and billing hub for freelance video editors. Logged work flows into invoices with server-enforced guard rails — no double-billing, no lost line items, no spreadsheet math.
Multi-tenant CRM built as the shared brain for a suite of AI agents. Contacts, deals, and interactions in one API — with every AI action attributed to the agent that made it in a per-agent audit trail.
Inventory and reorder alerts built specifically for coffee roasters. Tracks green and roasted stock, predicts run-out dates, and flags reorders before they become emergencies.
AI support ticket triage for SMB support inboxes. Classifies category, urgency, and sentiment, drafts a reply, and flags what needs a human right now — turning a raw ticket into an actioned one in seconds.
AI lead qualifier for inbound sales. Scores fit and intent from raw notes, explains its reasoning, and flags hot leads for immediate callback — so a cold caller or rep works the right leads first.
Six products are live above. Four more are scoped and moving through the same pipeline — one-page spec, prototype, production deploy. Two next in line:
Real-time truck location, maintenance schedules, and load status for small trucking companies — replacing driver phone calls and spreadsheet logs with one live dashboard dispatchers and customers can both check.
End-to-end shipment tracking for freight forwarders and small shipping companies — booking and container status, ETA prediction, and automatic exception alerts, with a branded tracking link customers can follow themselves.
Every engagement begins with a short scoping call and a one-page spec. From there, pick the shape that fits.
Validate an idea before committing to a build. Real screens, real flows — enough to demo to your team, your board, or your customers.
A production application, end to end — the same pattern behind every live product on this page.
For teams that want AI working inside their existing operations — shipped incrementally, measured continuously.
No six-month discovery phases. You see working software in the first days, and everything we ship is deployed, tested, and verified end-to-end.
A sharp one-page spec: the problem, the features, the stack, and what "done" means. Agreed before a line of code.
A working prototype in days — real screens, real flows — so decisions get made on software, not documents.
Production build with a real backend, tested end-to-end and deployed to cloud infrastructure with your accounts, your keys, your data.
We keep it running — monitoring, fixes, and iteration as your workflow evolves. Software is a relationship, not a handoff.
You do, from day one. Repositories live in your GitHub organization, deployments run in your cloud accounts, and data sits in your database. There is no proprietary platform and no lock-in — if we part ways, everything keeps running.
A scoped one-page spec typically takes one call. A working prototype follows within the first week. Production builds with real backends, tests, and deployment are measured in weeks — the four live products on this page were each built on that cadence.
US clients go through our US-based partnership: US contracts, US payment rails, and a point of contact in your timezone. Clients outside the US contract with us directly. Either way, the build team is the same.
Boring on purpose: PHP/Node.js, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and modern web front-ends, with Python and LLM APIs where AI features earn their place. We deploy wherever fits the client's budget and existing accounts — shared hosting, managed cloud, or serverless — not one fixed stack. Exotic technology is a maintenance liability we don't sell.
Either. We start with a workflow audit: sometimes the answer is an automation layer over what you have, sometimes it's a focused replacement of the one system holding you back. The one-page spec makes that call explicit before you commit.
Software isn't a handoff. Every build includes documentation and a transition period, and most clients continue into a light retainer for monitoring, fixes, and iteration as their workflow evolves.
Tell us what eats your team's hours. We'll come back with a one-page spec and a prototype plan — and you'll know within days whether it's worth building.
